In the article on the Amsterdam super trunk, I showed a new bespoke sample from Patrick Frei / Kazuya Kimura, which was made to look like the really old shoes you see on the shelves of older bespoke companies. It is always the nicest thing to visit companies that have been running for many, many decades, to see shoes made from different eras. At John Lobb there is no real order on the shelves, there are various types of models made on different occasions, which the picture here is an example of. Some real goodies there, for sure.
