This Saturday it’s time for the sixth edition of the London Super Trunk Show. In the heart of London at 12 Regent Street we gather 13 awesome men’s shoe and menswear exhibitors, and host the World Championships of shoemaking, shoe shining and shoe patina. There’ll be a free shoe shining service, there’s a second hand shoes marketplace, and more. Below some practical info ahead of the event, for those who plan to visit, and on the live streaming we will do for those who can’t attend.

Two weekends ago the first New York Super Trunk Show took place, and what a day it was. About 1,200 shoe and menswear lovers came through the doors and explored the offerings from the 17 exhibitors from around the world, a shoe patina exhibition was held, and the first U.S. shoe shining champs took place. We now have the three finalists who are to battle it out at the first U.S. Championships of Shoe Shining, organised in collaboration with the shoe care brand Saphir and the shoe brand Bridlen. At the New York Super Trunk Show on October 14 the finalists will have 20 minutes to shine a shoe as lovely looking as possible, to take the crown as the first American shoe shining champ.
