A year when nothing has been normal, and with a Christmas that is not what it use to be for most people celebrating it around the world, it feels good that at least some things can be the same. Like here on this photo, where it’s the same shoes, socks and trousers as in last years Christmas greeting here on Shoegazing.
The shoes in front of the fireplace are my plain cap toe oxfords in dark brown vintage Freudenberg box calf from Japanese bespoke shoemaker Main d’Or (see much more of them here). I hope all of you that celebrate Christmas have and will have a lovely Holiday, despite the special circumstances, and of course that you’ll find some shoe related goodies under the tree.
Best wishes and Happy Christmas to all the Shoegazers! A little elf tells me I have a shoe-related gift under the tree: a pair of cedar shoes trees 🙂 My daughter shook her head in disbelief at my joy 😉
Regards
Tony
Best wishes Jesper to all the family and helpfully we can all reunite next year and talk … SHOES ! ?
Anthony: Cheers, and Merry Christmas! Good stuff with shoe trees ?
Andre: Wish you the same, and thanks for tour continuous support! Yeah, hopefully in London in May we’ll get the chance to do that again!
