Even if Black Friday has taken over as the big sales period of the year, the winter sales are still running strong, evident in today’s listing of a bunch of ongoing sales where one can make some nice shoe bargains.
Shipton & Heneage
This year the big British online shoe store Shipton & Heneage runs a sitewide campaign, where they offer a 15% discount on all products, with the code JAN15. In many ways this type of sales is better for customers, since as I often state one should only buy things one really need also when its sales periods, and chances are bigger that one find this here. Especially at a store with such a wide selection of styles, where most Goodyear welted shoes are made by the big Northampton factories.
Matthew Cookson
Formerly a French branch of Shipton, but since many year’s its own entity with different products, we have Matthew Cookson. Their sales section consists of Goodyear welted shoes and boots, casual loafers, quality sneakers and more. Discounts of between 20-30% in most cases.
Santoni
The Italian shoe brand Santoni is nowadays some sort of merge between classic quality shoes and fashion oriented stuff. On their sale they have a few of the former though, and also often at quite steep discounts, between 30-50% off the RRP.
Edward Green
The British premium brand Edward Green have raised their prices quite significantly in recent years, but during sales they certainly still can be said to bring a lot of bang for the buck. Around 30% discount on a selection of styles during this sales period.
Carmina
25% off the RRP is what the Spanish brand Carmina offers at their winter sale. And there’s hundreds of models part of the sale, so certainly a good chance to find something one are after.
Herring Shoes
Another UK-based webshop with a really big sale is Herring Shoes. Big discounts, up to half the RRP, and also a big selection of styles from brands like Loake, Cheaney, Barker, RM Williams and many others.
New & Lingwood
An old London-based company, with store on Jermyn Street, New & Lingwood also has a good online store. They have a sale on various products, including some welted Northampton-made footwear, great stuff if you can find something you like in your size.
