After a spring with the coronavirus hitting the world, we now see unusually extensive summer sales. Here’s the regular summary of a number of interesting sales ongoing, where you can make a bargain on quality shoes.
Crockett & Jones is one of those brands that you rarely find on sale, especially on the staple models. Well the coronavirus situation has changed a lot, and currently the British store Pockets, who already have pretty low prices, have a 15% discount sitewide, meaning you can get C&J shoes from €350.
It’s becoming a tradition that I once a year highlight the news that has emerged in the market of quality sneakers. This isn’t Shoegazing’s focus area, but the interest is great, and as the quality of many of the sneakers has increased and now as more and more cobblers are offering resoling of the so-called Margom sole types, they have parts in common with classic quality shoes.

Obviously a sad reason for reduced prices, but for us as customers it’s a good change at a bargain, and orders are just what these companies need.

British online store Herring Shoes, as usual, runs its main sale for the year now a few weeks before Christmas, with dozens of shoes reduced by up to 50%. They themselves call it their biggest sale ever.
