The entry level welted men’s shoes brand Meermin runs a pretty large spring sale, with up to 40% off a bunch of shoes and boots. Already affordable footwear now are even more affordable, with prices for Goodyear welted shoes from €130, pretty hard to beat.
Meermin probably needs no introduction for most readers here nowadays. T he Spanish, Mallorca-based company who make shoes in their own factory in China, mainly Goodyear welted but also some hand welted and Norvegese, mainly men’s shoes but also some women’s shoes. They’ve been around for many years now, have their own stores in Madrid, Paris and New York, but their own webshop is still their main retail channel.
