The London Super Trunk Show last weekend was another brilliant shoe day. New visitor record of over 1,300 people coming to browse the men’s shoe and menswear exhibitors from around the world and follow the three world championships contests: in shoe shining, shoe patina and shoemaking. One of the more established players that has emerged on the Chinese scene of men’s shoes in recent years is Oct. Tenth, the house brand of what’s known to many as the Xibao workshop. The Norwegian menswear store Cavour expand their already great selection of shoes with a new private label range of hand welted shoes, made in collaboration with Chinese Xibao. Superbly sleek looking shoes available to get off the shelf.

The options, and with that the interest, of Chinese made hand welted shoe brands have taken a hike lately, and many great offerings can be found.
