Info on the New York Super Trunk Show 2023

This weekend it’s finally time for the first edition of the New York Super Trunk Show. Held on Manhattan, on Upper East Side between Madison Ave and Central Park. We’ll gather more than 15 exhibitors from all over the world, host a patina exhibition, and the inaugural U.S. Championships of Shoe Shinig. Here’s some practical info ahead of the event, for those who plan to visit, and on the live streaming we will do for those who can’t attend.

Event – Stitchdown’s Boot Camp

US dress shoe lovers have the NYC super trunk on October 14, but all workwear boot enthusiasts will get their fix the week before, with the first Stitchdown Boot Camp taking place in Brooklyn on October 6-7. A large amount of domestic and a bunch of international boot brands will exhibit, sample sales, panel talks and more.

U.S. Championships of Shoe Shining – The finalists

We now have the three finalists who are to battle it out at the first U.S. Championships of Shoe Shining, organised in collaboration with the shoe care brand Saphir and the shoe brand Bridlen. At the New York Super Trunk Show on October 14 the finalists will have 20 minutes to shine a shoe as lovely looking as possible, to take the crown as the first American shoe shining champ.

Another super trunk done – another amazing shoe day to remember. Almost 1,300 visitors came to the event last Saturday and explored the shoe offerings from the 10+ exhibitors, second hand shoes, shoe care and accessories, plus followed the three world championships contests. London Super Trunk Show 2023

On Saturday May 13 it’s back – one of the world’s largest open event on quality shoes, The London Super Trunk Show, organised by Shoegazing and The Shoe Snob. In the middle of London on 12 Regent Street, we gather 11 brands from all over the world, partners exhibit, there will be the World Championships of Shoe Shining and Shoe Patina, plus the World Championships of Shoemaking have its award ceremony and competition shoes displayed, and for the first time we have a second hand shoe marketplace on site.

Report – Amsterdam Super Trunk Show 2022

The second super trunk show in Amsterdam took place earlier in October, a bunch of great shoe brands and style exhibitors was gathered in the lovely Vondelkerk – which became the church of shoes for one day.
